On 6 October 2026 at 18:34 Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3), VELTRAIL 1.0 — version 1.0.0, build 1 — went to Apple for review. It is set to be released automatically as soon as Apple approves it. We don’t know when that will be, so you won’t find a launch date or a countdown on this site. The Where to play page shows the latest status we know.
What is in version 1.0
VELTRAIL is a team game, three against three. You lay a rail just by moving and link your team’s generator to the active receiver; every pulse that arrives scores a point. Rivals cut rails with the pulse tool, and a pulse on a cut rail drops as a spark that anyone can pick up and carry in by hand — the other team included.
- Three arenas: Coil Garden, Weaving Yard and Cloud Wharf.
- Three modules — Pulse Step, Insulator and Jumper — all available from the start. None of them makes you permanently stronger.
- Matches of three 45-second rounds: about two and a half minutes.
- Online play by quick match or in a private room with a code, and offline practice with five bots (two on your team, three against you) at three difficulty levels. Bots are always labelled as bots.
- A seven-step tutorial, six challenges and a replay of the key moment after a match.
- Cosmetic items that unlock as you level up, from level 1 to 20.
- English and Russian; iPhone and iPad.
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: banners in the menus, occasional full-screen ads between matches or at launch, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. There are no ads during a match, in the tutorial, in challenges, in replays or on the results screen. Version 1.0 has no in-app purchases, and its age rating in App Store Connect is 9+.

The design document for VELTRAIL is dated 27 September; the build went to Apple on 6 October. That is a fact about the process, not a promise of perfection. So far the game has been checked on one physical device, an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPad version is in the same build but hasn’t been tried on a real iPad yet, and the rules are a first balance pass, tuned on matches between bots. Real players will teach us more than any test.
What comes next
A Google Play release for Android is being prepared; there is no date for it yet. There is no browser version. And work on version 1.1 began the same evening — you can read about the plans, as long as you read them as plans.
